REGISTRATION

Early registration for symposium and workshop can be made through congress secretariat (phone and fax), emails and website.

On site registration

Symposium & Workshop

Registration desk will be opened from Wednesday, 1 December 2010 (7 AM). The registration desk is located at Shangrila Hotel, Jakarta.

REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes: admission to all scientific session (except workshop), admission to opening ceremony, admission to exhibition, abstract book, programme book, meeting kits, admission to closing ceremony, lunch and coffee break.

REGISTRATION FEE FOR ACCOMPANYING PERSON

The registration fee includes: access to commercial exhibition, opening ceremony, and cultural night.

REGISTRATION PAYMENT

All registration fees must be paid by bank transfer. Registrant should bear all bank charges. Please send a copy of the transaction along with the registration to the Organizing Committee.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

Upon receive of registration payment, each participant will receive an official confirmation. Please bring and show this confirmation letter to the registration desk for re-registration.

ON SITE REGISTRATION

Those who have not registered in advance may register at on site registration desk. Only cash payment will be accepted during on site registration. No refund will be made for on site registration fees.

CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION

Written cancellation notice is required and will be settled after the congress.
Written cancellation received before:
1 Aug 2010: 75% refund
1 Sep 2010: 50% refund
After 29 Oct 2010: non-refundable
