BEST POSTER AWARD
There will be Poster Award in this course. Those who would like to participate in the Poster Presentation must submit their poster not later than January 15, 2011. Submit after that will not be evaluated.
Every Poster Presenter will have a board measuring 90cm wide and 160cm high provided for the mounting of the poster. Every poster should have a tittle, the author’s name. The name of institution and the city.
Lettering of the tittle should be at least 50mm in height and the text should be at least 0.5mm. The Poster should be easy to read from a distance
TERM OF REFERENCE OF PARTICIPANTS

1. Notification of Registration Cancellation must be made in writing via email, fax or mail to secretariat. Until December 2010. 50% refund of registration fee will be paid. After this date will be no refund. Refund will be made after the event.
2. Name changes (only one time changed) must be done in writing along with submitting a complete registration form not later than January 2011.
