5th International Joint Symposium on Biomedical Sciences
“Translational Neuroscience: Bridging the Gaps between Basic Medical and Clinical Sciences”

Faculty of Medicine Universitas Gadjah Mada will  held the 5th International Joint Symposium entitled “Translational Neuroscience: Bridging the gaps between Basic Medical and Clinical Sciences”. The symposium aims to strengthen research network and collaborations, and to increase the level of research and education program in Neuroscience in Universitas Gadjah Mada and in Indonesia.
Our symposium features prominent guest speakers presenting various topics speakers presenting various topics in basic and clinical neuroscience fields, such as neuroanatomy, neurophysiology, psychology, psychiatry, neuropharmacology, neuroimaging, neuroimmunology, genetic and molecular study of nervous system. The committee also invited researchers  in the field of basic and clinical neurosciences to present their research findings. The oral free paper as well as poster sessions provide the perfect forum to reach out and engage other multidisciplinary researchers.
Last but not least, Universitas Gadjah Mada is located in the city of Yogyakarta, a cultural and education center in Indonesia that also have many interesting places to be explored.
