Dear Collegues,
It is really an honour for our country to be the host of the 6th World Congress of Perinatal Medicine in developing countries. The world has uncertainties things that come in terms of socio and economics that hit some developing countries lately. In this case we must overcome all those problems although we have to face some hindrances.

In this case we must overcome all those problems although we have to face some hindrances.
Exchange of experiences and applications of evidence based medicine would be the best way to apply the best practices for the improvement of perinatal outcome. The perinatal problems in developing countries are unique but we should commit to reach the goal of MDG in a smart way.
Indonesia has reach the goal in terms of IMR but should do more in MMR.
